How to Identify Your Product
Check the model number and three-digit batch number.
The model number and three-digit batch number are printed on the underside of the hand warmer. "OCOOPA" is printed on the top of the hand warmer and on the product packaging.
If your unit is confirmed to be part of the recall
- STOP USING THE RECALLED HAND WARMER IMMEDIATELY
- Please do NOT dispose of your hand warmer until your recall request has been reviewed and you have received further instructions from OCOOPA.
- Contact our dedicated recall email at ocooparecalls@ocoopa.cc for instructions.
- Eligible consumers will receive a full refund in the form of either a gift card or the original form of payment.

How to Dispose of Your Product
IMPORTANT: DO NOT throw the Recalled device in the trash, curbside recycling bins, or used battery recycling boxes found at retail or home improvement stores.
Defective lithium-ion batteries present a greater risk of fire and must be disposed of properly in accordance with applicable local and state hazardous waste regulations.
Disposal Instructions:
- Contact your municipal Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection center and ask if they accept defective lithium-ion batteries
- If they do not, contact your municipality for further guidance
- Do not place this product in regular trash or recycling containers
