Please follow these steps first:
- Check around your mailbox, porch, and door areas (including side/back doors).
- Ask neighbors, apartment/condo offices, or reception desks.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number; they can verify delivery details (including GPS location from the carrier’s scanner).
👉 If you still can’t locate your package, email us at support@ocoopa.com with the information from your post office. We’ll help you resolve it.

A: Sometimes items are shipped separately due to package size limits.
Send us a photo of what you received. Once confirmed, we’ll resend the missing product within 24 hours.

A: Yes, you can—but it depends on the order status:
📦 Before Shipping
- You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we may still be able to intercept it, though a handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
🚚 After Shipping
- Once your order has been dispatched and shipping costs have been paid to the logistics provider (e.g. USPS, UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, etc.), we can no longer intercept the package.
- If you still wish to cancel, you’ll need to wait until the package arrives and then return it.
- After we receive the returned goods, we will deduct the shipping costs charged by the logistics provider from your refund.
