If you own an OCOOPA rechargeable hand warmer, please review the information below to determine whether your product is included in this recall. If your product is affected, please stop using it immediately and follow the instructions provided on this page.

How to Identify Your Product
Step 1— Check the model number.
Locate the model number on your hand warmer. It can usually be found on the back or bottom of the product.
Step 2— Compare it to the list above.
If your model matches one of the recalled models listed above, your product is included in this recall. Please continue to the instructions below.
If you are unable to locate or read your model number, please contact our customer service team (details below) and we will help you determine whether your product is affected.
If Your Product Is Included
If your hand warmer is identified as one of the affected models:
- Stop using the product immediately.
- Do not continue charging or operating the device.
- Keep the product until you receive further instructions after your recall request has been reviewed.
- Follow the instructions provided by OCOOPA throughout the recall process.
Submit a Recall Request
If your product is included in this recall, you may begin the recall process by submitting the following:
1. A photo of the product with the word "RECALLED" and today's date written clearly on it in permanent marker.
(This helps us confirm the product has been taken out of use and prevents duplicate claims.)
2. A photo clearly showing the OCOOPA logo and the model number on the product.
3. If your product has a serial number (SN): a photo clearly showing the serial number.
If your product does not have a serial number, this step is not required — the model number photo above is sufficient.
4. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, order number, or receipt), if available.
A proof of purchase is helpful but not required to participate in this recall. If you no longer have your proof of purchase, you may still submit your claim using the photos described above.
Please make sure all photos are clear and legible to avoid delays in processing your claim.
Safe Disposal Guidance
Please do NOT dispose of your recalled hand warmer until your recall request has been reviewed and you have received further instructions from OCOOPA.
Because recalled lithium-ion battery products require special handling, they must not be placed in household trash, curbside recycling bins, or the used-battery collection boxes commonly found at retail or home improvement stores. These collection points are not equipped to handle recalled lithium-ion products.
When instructed, please dispose of the product at an authorized household hazardous waste (HHW) or lithium-ion battery recycling facility, in accordance with your local regulations. Before visiting a facility, we recommend calling ahead to confirm that it accepts recalled lithium-ion battery products.
